Usually the food and service is okay but this visit was pretty bad this time. The lady taking my order through the intercom was distracted and didn’t put in my order correctly. When I pulled up to the window the young woman gave me my drinks in a carrier but one of the cups was not pushed in all the way resulting in it spilling all over me and the inside of my car. She handed it to me quickly, asking me to pull up and closed the window without realizing what happened. I waited for her to come back so I could get a refill and some napkins but she took her time coming back so I had to sit with tea running down my leg.
Disappointing visit
Food sat on serve counter between kitchen and employee counter long enough for hot food to cool and ice cream to start melting.
The drive through is great but do not go inside to get your order or you will be waiting a long time. They help all drive thru first ad priority. They are almost always understaffed. If they get backed up expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your icecream. If you order food it is longer. Best to just go through drive thru an get it instantly.
Service is a little slow.
Our orders came at amazing speed, the food was perfect in taste and temperature. I had no problems what so ever. (Besides the urge to come again tomorrow) ;D
Like I said, usually I have good visits here but today their customer service was horrible.
For the number of employees viable and the number of customers visible, the time it took to be waited on and then wait for food was much too long.
For my food I asked for 2 chicken strip boxes with barbecue sauce, meaning a side of barbecue sauce, and not smothered in sauce. It was literally like a bottle of barbecue sauce was poured all over the box. And the sauce ended up going through the bottom making a huge mess. Luckily I noticed before leaving the location and they gladly gave me two new chicken strip boxes without being smothered in sauce. I also ordered a turkey BLT sandwhich with no mayo or cheese because my mother is allergic to cheese. All they did was take a sandwich that was already made and picked the cheese off. That didn’t remove the cheese, there was still some stuck to the bread. If someone asks for no cheese you make a brand new sandwich, not pick off the items they don’t want. Unfortunately, we did not realize her sandwich had cheese on it until we arrived home.
Ordered a hand full of blizzards. They asked us nicely to pull forward to wait. Brought them out in a drink carrier. Held carrier in my lap. Lap was covered with melted ice cream within seconds. None of the lids were on correctly and there was a hole punched through one of the cups. Accident I'm sure. Still good though.
