Just bought a recliner same as before the customer service was great. Terence was very helpful and informative. It was nice to feel appreciated!! And my 93 year old mother- in-law loves her recliner!
Went in looking for mattress and boxsprings, was helped by Jordan. I was waited on in a timely and professional manner, they loaded the mattress in my truck was loaded and tied it down for me. Very satisfied!
I wouldn't buy from them unless you want cheap furniture that falls apart in less than 6 months. We bought a small sectional and ottoman in May. The stitching on the pillows is coming apart, fabric on the couch is pilling up really bad, and the fabric under the cushions has a huge hole in it. The center of the ottoman is sinking as well. I bought the protection plan and when I called about getting it replaced, they told me to send an email with pictures and they would let me know what to do from there. After not hearing back for 10 days, I stopped by the store and was told that I needed to submit a claim with someone else to get it replaced, and that the ottoman wouldn't be covered. When I bought the protection planned, I asked how it worked and was told that if the couch was damaged from normal wear and tear, they would give you store credit to replace the damaged furniture. I was also told that the ottoman would be covered. I feel that I was lied to, and now I'm out $800 for a couch and ottoman that are completely falling apart.
WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT SHOP HERE! About 3 years ago I placed a bedroom set, couch, TV stand, and coffee with end table sets on layaway. I made regular payments. When my taxes came in last year I went to pay off the whole thing only to find to my surprise that they no longer carried the bedroom set that i had almost fully paid off by that point as it was. They did not call me to inform me or even hold one for me even though i was paying for it... They half hardheartedly offered me a $75 credit for the mishap and said that they would add it to my account for whenever I wanted to use it. I also purchased the extended warranties... All of which i ensured covered every part of the furniture. I was guaranteed multiple times that "yes" it was all covered for 2-5 years depending on different pieces. About a month ago my couch frame broke even though i almost never used it while i was moving it. I went to make a claim and the company had none of my information. I had to wait for American freight to get in touch with them and for the company to get things together. (about a month) I filed the claim only to find out it covers almost everything... except frame damage... So now I'm out the bedroom set, that i had all but paid off, the $75 credit that they swear they never offered, and a couch where they lied about the warranty and was VERY terribly made... I will not shop here ever again, and I hope everyone stays away with customer service that is beyond deplorable!
