When I questioned why the website would say the product was in stock when it was not in stock, the manager/jerk tried to make the situation my fault, and told me they had nothing to do with the problem. Will be seeking a refund since the company system lies to its customers and its personnel made no attempt to resolve the matter or to apologize.
Love this store, great location and friendly knowledgeable staff, good selection of merchandise for store size.
My wife walks in the store and looks for a part with no one offering any help at any point. After not being able to locate what she went in for, she then goes to front sales counter where two employee's stood talking. After standing 3 feet in front of the two employees and waiting for them.to acknowledge her, a minute later after not even as much as a "Hi" or "we'll be right with you". Only after she walks away in frustration does one ask, "oh, can we help you with something?" No wonder the Internet is killing brick and mortar stores with useless people like this. First and last visit here.
Awful. I made a purchase online double checking that the item I wanted was in stock. The item was in stock, and Ace accepted my payment. Nearly 7 hours later, a store clerk tells me the product wouldn't be in until tomorrow.
Great customer service. I am greeted as soon as I enter the door and someone is there to help make my DIY project go a little smoother. If they do not carry the item I need, they are always willing to check the other local Ace stores or order it online for me.
Great Ace with friendly staff and a wide range of products. Always find what I need, and if I need assistance, an employee is never far away.
